I make these wedding figurines using porcelain and also parian clay. For glazed figurines I use a porcelain clay which is actually 50/50 in porcelain and stoneware. For bisc ware or items without a glaze I use parian clay which is a self glazing clay which gives the appearance of marble and is more contemporary. I can add colour at all stages. The majority of couples I have made have stayed white due to customer preferences.
